I have been asked to write my experience with Wachatbot so that other users who are thinking of using whatsapp in their companies to communicate with their customers, and so they have a reference of how it went.

I am from Spain although I have been in Mexico for many years, I run an international chain of hairdressers, we are in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Chile, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil.

We made the decision to include the whatsapp channel to communicate with customers, but we had many doubts about what to do, how to do it:

Technically, what Wachatbot software to use, if a program, if an API integration with our CRM, if the combination of both. The most appropriate Wachatbot platform to use for our needs. - Design of communication strategy in whatsapp and whatsapp sales policy, to build customer loyalty, increase sales using whatsapp, get cross-selling of products by sending promotions, design a strategy for whatsapp channel we did not know how if send to our excel customer list, if configure a bot, combine manual responses at each point of sale, if centralize the attention and sending from a department.

- The generation of dynamic database automatically was basic, either by sending a message and the contact was created automatically in the generic or segmented database or through api with crm.

I summarize here the result, in 4 points:

We integrated the Wachatbot API in our crm, we put the whatsapp landline phone number of each hairdresser, for 2 reasons, so that customers when they receive the whatsapp already have recorded who sends you is your hairdresser. we send campaigns centrally from the crm of the company, from the central debug campaigns, databases and make shipments.

Together with the Wachatbot API solution + Wachatbot point of sale management software, so that they can answer the whatsapp from each salon, they will answer by name, probably know the customer and thus generate a very strong link of idealization.

As a national company with many points of sale, we were looking for a solution to help us manage our WhatsApp channels.

We were clear that our company had to start using whatsapp with customers, it is the communication channel where 99% of our prospects, leads and customers are.

With this method we generate new sales and increase the average ticket. Even some customers who do not hire it know about these products and hire them for the next appointment.

5- Automatic database generation, this is a very important issue because whatsapp does not work as sms, you have to generate the database with customer registrations, using sms, the web itself and / or at the point of sale. In this the managers of Wachatbot have a lot of experience and will advise you.

The result of integrating the Wachatbot Api to manage our whatsapp channel and be able to provide customer service to our customers has been unbeatable, for a reduced monthly cost, we have increased our relationship with customers and increased the average ticket.

Hello our organization was looking to send daily by whatsapp religious content to their followers such as prayers, photos, videos, audios.
We have followers in several countries: united states, spain, mexico, colombia, ecuador, guatemala, paraguay, chile and argentina. Everything we do online is in high demand, we needed a system that worked, that was automatic, that generated the database automatically along with the process of high and low, finally that was scalable as it was getting more followers could increase the system without having many costs at the beginning. While it is true that they make many updates and some hours a couple of times a month the system does not work because they are updating it, the rest of the month it always works well, since we have it we use it almost all day to inform our followers and attract new ones.
We have recently included the bot feature in our issue and we are really happy, also in this we got a lot of help from the Wachatbot experience, otherwise doing it yourself would be impossible.
I encourage you if you need to implement whatsapp auto sends talk to wachabot they will tell you what can and can't be done as we came with wrong ideas. Whatsapp whatsapp everyone has, but if you don't do things the way whatsapp wants you can lose the number and that for our organization is not an option
